I had a very pleasant experience with Rob from Car Love Atlanta from start to finish. He provided the right guidance throughout the process, clearly explaining what needed to be done and helping me make informed decisions without any pressure. Their pricing was honest and transparent, which I truly appreciated—no surprises or unnecessary add-ons. The service was completed on time as promised, showing great professionalism and respect for my schedule. The quality of the paintwork and finish was excellent, smooth, and matched perfectly, making the car look as good as new. Overall, a trustworthy and reliable shop that delivers both great service and outstanding results. Highly recommended!

Would NOT recommend... AT ALL. Long story short, they let a new employee come out and he did an extremely crappy job when they came to repair my car at my house the first time, and still asked me to pay full price. The side of my car was obviously lumpy and embarrassing to drive around in. The owner came out the second time and they did a much smoother job, but you can still kinda see it (not a big deal, but for the price...) So they were supposed to send someone to my job to finish the rest of the job in the parking lot... cool. They sent the same new guy out that messed up my car the first time. I don't know if he buffed or clear coated parts of my car that didn't have fresh paint, but now my spoiler's paint is completely faded and my bumper's paint started chipping off in HUGE flakes after that happened. There was no need for him to do all that when the bumper was brand new at the time. Now I have to pay someone else to actually paint a lot more of my car. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My wife’s brand new vehicle was randomly keyed shortly after purchase. I called five or six shops that all seem focused on ripping me off. My mechanic recommended Rob from CarLove and it was a completely different experience. Rob was responsive, professional, fair, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Clearly he takes a lot of pride in his craft. Just a great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exterior work, and I would not hesitate to go back. Given the way my wife and daughters drive, I suspect I will be a frequent customer.

Rob and the folks at Carlove do amazing work. I brought my wife’s car in that had some pretty deep scratches and it was returned looking brand new. They are very meticulous and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right.

I had some minor damage on my front bumper. It was minor but in multiple places and certainly would have required a bumper replacement if I’d gone to a body shop. Thank goodness for Leo at CarLove Atlanta. He came out to give me an estimate and came out the next day to fix it. I’m in awe of what a great job he did and how reasonably priced the service was. FANTASTIC!
